Monitored social profiles or keywords. Any monitored source that is not an RSS feed, a TV or radio station, or a YouTube channel: a Facebook page, a tracked social account, or an alert keyword. New social networks join this same allowance as we add them, so you are never charged twice for watching the same story.
YouTube channels that broadcast live. A YouTube channel is €25 a month. If we detect more than 60 hours of live broadcast on that channel in a calendar month, it moves to the TV and radio station rate of €99 from the next billing cycle — never retroactively. We re-check every month, so a single month with a big event does not reclassify a channel for good.
Included in every plan. Social posts, images, alternative titles and users.
Half-year prepayment. You pay 5 monthly rates and are billed for 6 months; the sixth month is included.
Currency and tax. Prices are set in EUR and are net of VAT, charged per the client’s country.
